The NV concept was developed by business visionary entrepreneur Mr Sultan Salem Al Qiwani. Al Qiwani identified a gap in the retail market offering and understood that that customers’ were being under serviced by having to go abroad to find innovative, quality driven luxury home lifestyle products.
The first pilot NV store was launched in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Jeddah is considered the most cosmopolitan of the Kingdom’s Cities and is strategically placed to feed the buoyant Eastern Region.
The store concept covers an area of 1750M2 and retails up-scale furniture, textiles, and home and lifestyle accessories. The Multi-brand product mix offers quality, elegance and innovation to a discerning customer.
The Company has already acquired a number of exclusive Franchise and /or Agency agreements with some of the worlds leading retail specialists. Some of these concepts will be housed in the NV department store and some will operate in stand alone situations and or will be franchised.
NV products are sourced from all over the world and the selection criteria is based on quality, craftsmanship and impeccable and innovative design. The product offer features all key home style components for the luxury lifestyle from Living rooms, to Bedroom , Bathroom, Kitchen and everything in between. The products themselves be it the crafted sofa’s and chairs or oversize hand blown vases are works of art and design benchmarks. NV offers not hundreds of options in a category but rather the ‘best-in-class’. Italian Linen, German and French Porcelain, Spanish fabrics, Indonesian Mahogany, Natural Bath Care from the remote Island of Arran and more makes for a interesting and first class product range.
The brands’ selected for NV’s portfolio are carefully chosen for their difference, style and positioning. Many of the products are exclusive to NV and in most cases the products offered are entirely new to the Kingdom.

Contract sales: With its established sourcing ability and business development based relationships NV is able to offer turn-key services interior design and supply services in large scale projects [Contract] such hotels and other commercial ventures, villas, penthouses and palaces. The NV retail store acts effectively as a shop window to contract customers.
Own label: As volumes increase and sourcing capabilities are refined; NV will develop selected own label product in key categories. This product will offer the customer a luxury product at price points below those of the premier brands and will provide the company with increased margin as well as brand recognition. |
